I would disagree. Look a man can never be superior to the whole system. It is a poor reflection on an institution that one man becomes so indispensable that you have to destroy the hopes and aspiration of tens to give him an extension.
It must be emphasiszed that the SC has opined on the lack of a law in this regard. Pakistanis always believe in Jugaar but in this case what the SC has asked is what is the legal basis of such an extension? Lack of law allows future Generals to exploit this situation and force a weak Govtt to extend their tenure. I think it is imperative that we have rules and regulations that guide us in this regards.
Bajwa maybe very good but I still fail to see the validity of a full 3 years extension. Perhaps a years extension would have been fine as it would have overseen the current crisis over the border.
Again this is a very appropriate decision which will force our paindoo parlianment to put its thinking hat on and legislate to solve this issue once and for all.

It is total mandate of elected govt and total prerogative of President of Pakistan . There is no need for SC to interfere this matter or ask the govt for the formulation of law or made further amendment in constitution of Pakistan.
So, Supreme courts verdict and short order is totally null and avoid under the constitution of Pakistan.

I see no reason for a disrespectful post of the nature as yours. You need to understand what the issue is which the Supreme Court has Opined on rather than make it a personal decision. Once a petition is filed the Court opines on it .. It is what it is there for.
I think Bajwa's 3 years extension was an unwarranted move and reflects badly on the armed forces. If the Govtt wants to still do it they need to clarify the route and the law through which they will do so.
