Despite its 5th-generation failure, Russia touts plans for a ‘6th-generation’ fighter

Russia will be smart if they sell their 6th gen jets to Habibis in Middle East and if they price it very competitively. Keep in mind in future we will have KAI KFX, TAI TFX and PAC AZM FGF all of these will have very close capabilities.

Russia will be able to make big bucks that way.

Pakistan's target markets should also be Habibis but more focus should be nations which are not very rich and are similar to Pakistan's condition. I.e nations in Asia(Central, Far East, South), Africa, South America, and Eastern Europe.

Rich people often have very big egos and look down upon poor people.

Same is case with nations. First world countries generally like to do business with 3rd world if it suites them.

Please dont talk rubbish

It really isn't rubbish. You can look into the history of Russian Aviation and Manufacturing, as well as recent developments, or just even take a look at Su-57's progress.

The Chinese appear to be over-taking Russia as the #2 country military tech-wise.

The amount of trial-and-error, money, and work that were put into 5th Gen. aircraft to make them viable is/was immense. There is no skipping ahead to "6th Gen".
