Labor reforms and likes are just something in theory.
Jobs are not created by laws or some campaigns, but by competitive industries.
Same like salary increase, it should be in unity with productivity increase.

I agree, but you must understand these are just the 1st feb reforms to be implemented by the government. After these many more reforms will be implemented in various sectors to fully realise the potential of Indian people
