Last time I checked, Pakistan was a Major Non NATO ally, but don't know about today.

You are right that Israel treats people from muslim countries differently and then they pretend to be secular.

There is no doubt that what was said in this article is true, but the ordeal could be because of two reasons.

First, Israeli discriminatory attitude and western hypocrisy and secondly, the negative image of Pakistani passports.

Pakistanis are treated far more worse in some other countries.
