For the sake of doing damage to Pakistan he is using Indian buying power and his message is clear if you want to trade with us you need to look after India interests and materialistic world is keeping his words in mind.
He calculated very well the timing for the change in the Kashmir status knowing well our economic situation and well before the surgical strike during Nawaz Sharif time ordered huge amount of ammunition on the war footing in peace time. Alarms bells should have been start ringing in the world capitals but guess what we even didn't have the foreign minister what a incompetent governance.
He deliberately choose the timings of the domicile law knowing well when around the world capitals people can't even bury their dead's who will care about one silly headline from the country of black arses a fascist new agenda of change. Rest of the world is in lockdown and he with his super efficient government is still working overtime like Satan that you give credit to him.

Irony with our leadership is...lack of vision. Either establishment or politician... both think of their interest and have a very narrow and worn-off thinking about where to take the country...that need to be changed with rapidly changing world dynamics. You can't have single mindset and same beaten up policies and strategies for the past 70 years.

Illegally? No, if they are subjects of India, the Indian parliament holds authority over matters concerning what the constitution says and the parliament can amend the constitution through due process.

There is no day and night terror attacks in Uttarakhand or the presence of separatists unlike Kashmir, for the past few decades it has been a troubled region let's see how the removal of art 370 works out given now the Police and state machinery is in control of the central government.

Those are a lot of assumptions, not facts. You've grossly overstated Pakistan's importance in India's strategic moves. I will list these out:

1. A370 move was based on NDA getting 2/3rds majority in Parliament in the election of May 2019, not based on Pakistan's economic situation. You can't pass a change to the constitution without 2/3rds majority, something they didn't have in their last Government. And as soon as they had the majority they brought the law in the Parliament. Whether the Pakistani economy is booming or going bust is completely immaterial.

2. Passing domicile law again has nothing to do with COVID. It is going to be nearly a year since statehood of J&K has been removed and its politicians in preventive detention. The restrictions are slowly being eased. Internet has been partially restored, the politicians have started getting released. That means GoI is going to allow political activity in J&K soon. For this to happen 2 laws need to be passed - the new domicile laws of J&K as the old ones were removed and the new delimitation commission (to decide legislative seats of J&K). One has been done and you can bet that the delimitation commission will be done in the next 3 months as well. It looks like Jammu will gain 7 legislative seats in the J&K Assembly. The timeline for GoI's decisions is set, COVID is co-incidental to it.

3. Ammunition that was ordered was because, under Congress, the Government had allowed the stockpiles to deteriorate to less than 7 days worth of critical ammo when the operating protocol is for more than twice that. The new GoI ordering ammo is just making up for the shortfall that Congress caused for nearly a decade. It is simply following the norms and protocols laid earlier.

4. GoI under Modi is focusing on increasing relations with nearly every country in the world. UAE and KSA are key partners for India to enhance investment, energy security, as well as internal security as a large Indian diaspora lives there. The results are evident with investment from KSA and UAE in India jumping greatly. While Pakistan's relations with these countries play a part in India's calculations here, don't convince yourself that a 5% weightage (given to Pakistans relations with these countries) is 95%.

Lastly, using homilies like 'satan' indicates you're not mentally sharp. I hope that's not the case.

And sure they live on their land and they have the right to it - which is why anyone else that wants the land has to buy it.
the Pandits though wish they also had similar rights to their ancestral lands - fair right?
