Demand: Kalabagh dam should be included in budget 2018-19

Kalabagh dam should be constructed by Punjab,s own resources Others should not object it because after 18th amendment Pakistan is a defective confederation with every Provence can go right or left This is done by so called progressive Raza Rabani Achakzi Asfand and other indian asset in Pakistan Nawaz

the benefits of Kala bagh dam are much more and bigger than any other dam, only the enemies of Pakistan including our own parties don't want it to be built ... it should be priority number 1.. other dam can be built later.. Army should intervene and build it.. only they can stop these enemies and save too much water being lost to ocean..

kalabagh dam should be built but its benefits are not more than other dams
1. less regulation of down stream dams like dasu, tarbela, mangla and GB
2. less storage capacity
3. no benefit to tarbela, dasu life
4. more ppoulation displacement

benefits, less dispersal cost of power which is easily out benefited by higher cost due to high land cost
