Delhi Police offers bounty on man who allegedly masturbated next to a girl in bus

A Delhi University student had alleged that a man was masturbating while sitting next to her on a crowded bus and even tried to repeatedly touch her waist by his elbow.

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Police has put the man who allegedly masturbated while sitting next to a girl in a bus on its wanted list. The police have announced a reward of Rs 25,000 on anyone who gives information on the man.

In its notification, the police stated that a case has been registered against the man in the Vasant Vihar station. Those who get any information about him have been asked to report to the nearest police station.

Police also said that the name of the one who will be sharing the details will be kept a secret.

Fruits of a hyper sexualized world.

Shariah law is the answer which makes it prohibited for men to gaze non mahram women and makes it compulsory for women to cover.

How did we reach a state of affairs in which it is ok for a young beautiful women in revealing clothing to sit hand in hand with a strange man who is most probably a hyper sexual animal due to continous exposure to sexual objectification of women ?

I don't want to give away too much personal information but I work in the gulf and I can tell you that I have seen more Homosexual Arabs here than I have seen back in Canada. And a lot of it has to do with segregation, these guys can't even look at women, but close and intimate interactions with men is encouraged so it's not a hard jump for them to....

Now you can call bullshit all you want, but that is the reality. (It's also the reality in Pakistan, hormonal teenage boys are touching each other day and night )

As for stats, it's kind of hard to get it when the law says you will be killed for admitting to be a Homosexual.
