Pakistan has an excuse for being ranked high, they are in the middle of the War on Terror. What is India's excuse for ranking in the exact same category, and for breeding the most wanted terrorist to come out from this region, Dawood Ibhrahim?

There is a difference- OBL is one thing but in the case of the French guy- he was barricaded with an entire armoury inside his flat ready to blow away any unfortunate copper coming through the door- he'd already shot soldiers off duty and school children. In this case the guy was unarmed at an airport you can't arrest him then take him round a corner and out a bullet in his head, it is for judiciary to decide what should happen to him now, now that he is in custody. Anything like what you speak of would be cold-bloodied murder and comparible to what some of the worse dictators have done to their people- where do you cross the line if you get into this vigilante mentality?

i got your point dude ...but do you think that all this procedural fuss is worth about what we are trying to achieve in the fight against terrorism..when those scum bags dont give a damn to civilian or unarmed people dont you think that it is required to instill fear in them with the toughest and quickest reaction ..that is shoot at sight.

If Saudi Arabia has deported one terror suspect would it mean that all terror suspects would be handed over if we alert the Saudi's in time? What about the other Arab nations? I'd like those rats to be trapped in Pakistan with no where to go without having to face some live bollywood music.

Interestingly this abu hamza guy is a Pakistani now because he holds a pakistani passport and travels on that internationally. There is enough circumstantial evidence to prove pakistan's states complicity in terrorism. Some important points are

1) Allowing Lashkar e Taiba - the same people to operate in the same muridke compound after banning them under UN mandate only by changing the name plate

2) Allowing JUD to hold rallies openly and raise funds through news paper advertising openly after banning them under UN mandate

3) Important Lashkar - JUD terrorists travelling internationally on pakistani passports for terrorism recruitment. When caught Pakistan's efforts to get them freed.

No other normal country would allow the above unless they were sponsors of terrorism. Hence Pakistans joke of an investigation into HS holds no sanctity.

Lastly congrats to indian intelligence who tracked this sob and alerted the Saudis.
