Delhi govt fines private hospitals Rs 700 crore for no free treatment to poor

AP, Karnataka had hospital reimbursements for the poor. It works quite well in the 1-2 hospitals that I see.
Works both ways... hospitals don't have to worry about not meeting their quota and are reimbursed properly. The poor get the best treatment too.
Not sure about Atal health policy though.

So, AAP is not the pioneer here.
