Bull shit. BJP did the same thing. They're a curse out of office and they're even worse curse in office too. Despite having far less majority than Modi, congress gave extremely good performance in UPA 1 and only in the last 2 years of UPA 2 were they paralyzed. That's because they kept good relations with most other parties and got a lot of their bills through. Modi, on the other hand is arrogant and not concerned about the country at all. His govt is paralyzed from day 1 even with a big majority. Like commentators are saying, if he stood for elections today he will not get more than 100 seats.

Thus, BJP need to find ways to ram their bills through and not get delayed by cheap Congis as they have been able to get away with in this session on the GST.

Sir you don't really get it do you ? Obstructionism is a very valid parliamentary tactic , especially so in democracies like ours where both the main national parties are left-of-center. So the only way to create political space for oneself is oppose something or everything.

As far as NDA is concerned they have a real small window left now - the monsoon session- to show that they have what it takes to push through contentious legislations. If even that deadline is breached then it'll be hard to find any merit whatsoever in NDA's economic policies .
