That is my point. Majority of Pakistanis don't understand the requirements Pakistan has to fulfill under UN resolutions before any referendum to take place. Given the quantum of investments under CPEC, and its links to Pakistan's economic future, Pakistan has made it clear that it has no intentions of vacating what you people call disputed land. CPEC is last nail on coffin of UN resolutions.

As far as I see...India will keep on asking Pakistan to hand over the disputed land of Kashmir, and Pakistan will keep on call for UN referendum. This will be a never ending circle of arguments and counter arguments.
