The authorities in Vietnam say anti-China protests in the capital Hanoi must stop. The Hanoi city government said hostile forces inside and outside Vietnam were abusing the rallies to stir up dissent against the communist state. There've been weekly demonstrations in Hanoi since June, in support of Vietnam in its territorial dispute with China in the South China Sea. Such protests are rare in Vietnam. The order doesn't apply to Ho Chi Minh City.

The parents of HongWu is just came to Vietnam to ask authorities to help for make clear of his death, like American MIA has been done as reported Media Agencies in the world. Base on documents found in battle field near by border, there was military court records signed by his commander, he was punished be course tried to run away.
