Some changes compared to the 34+ year old B-2.

B-2


Looks smaller and noticeably has 6 tire landing gear instead of 10.

Air intakes much flatter and possibly pushed more forward relative to the cockpit.

Bottom of body seems to be more flying saucer shaped than a sharp v.

Wings showing negative incidence angle at outer edges vs B-2's relatively flat wings.

Skin/materials, intakes, windows all look much more advanced. And the B-21s chest looks larger. The real magic is in the computing/software.

RCS on B-21 has to be absurdly small

They embedded the engines further into the blended body( semantically its not a pure flying wing but a tailess blended-wing-body airframe). Probably has better internal structure design and organization allowing it to carry more per gross weight than the B2

Maybe it is using only 2 of the F-35's F135 engines vs the B-2's 4 F118's. Maybe that's why it is smaller.

Countries were struggling to make something similar to the old B-2, and now USA has bring this Alien looking Bomber, no doubt they are by far unmatched in Military Technology.

Think it still uses 4 engines. Inlet is flushed in but still pretty wide.
