The vehicle never ran over a spike strip front tires are fine. The bullets are also shot in a standing vehicle. Look at the controlled blast the detonation is focused vertical. vehicle based IEDs focus blast horizontally to do maximum damage. The road based IED detonate vertical. every thing is wrong here. Then the white smoke of blast what do that tells you? it was made with concentrated and packed black powder not your usual IED ingredients. So collecting so much black powder for IED from bullets? nope it was manufactured by Indian Army who has access to large quantity of black powder.
