Death toll rising | Insurgents blocking quake relief | Qadir Baloch

Pakistan claimed to have information about India's involvement and you needed to provide that dossiers to India which you haven't provided to anyone yet. Manmohan Singh never accepted Pakistan's allegations of India's involvement in Balochistan.

Pak's latest flip flop: No Baloch dossier given to India - Indian Express

In an interview with a news weekly, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, in an apparent volte-face, said Pakistan actually never handed any dossier to India during Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's meeting with Yousuf Raza Gilani on the sidelines of the NAM summit at Sharm-el-Sheikh in July.

BTW how is asking for proof trolling? You guys do that all the time.

If Pakistanis have started falsely accusing India in this thread, the mod must be giving Indians chance to refute that allegation instead of distributing infractions(this or other thread) or unsubscribing them from the discussion.

WHAT OTHERS NEWS PAPERS ARE SAYING IS BEHIND ATTACKS(BLA/BLF)

Awaran district: security threats hampering relief operations

Serious security threats to the rescue and relief teams in Awaran district of Balochistan, badly hit by the recent earthquake, is hampering rescue and relief operations, spokesman of Balochistan Government told Business Recorder via telephone from Quetta. Jan Mohammad Buledi said that militants on Friday attacked two helicopters carrying relief goods at a time when Chief Minister Balochistan Dr Malik Baloch, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan were on a visit to Awaran.

On Friday, militants again attacked two helicopters carrying relief goods in Balochistan's earthquake-affected Awaran district, he added. But, the helicopters also landed at Mashkay safely with relief goods for earthquake survivors. The spokesperson hinted that the rockets were fired possibly from the Mashkay area, where the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has a base and is also the stronghold of a guerrilla leader. He added that the mountainous terrain, where rockets were fired on helicopters, has no road access and is the stronghold of BLF. Responding to a question, he said that no inquiry has so far been initiated into the matter. A former Inspector General Police of Balochistan said that the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan was practically non-existent. Weapons and arms are easily smuggled into the province from foreign countries. He hinted at India's support for the separatists as Indian consulates are located near Pak-Afghanistan border areas.

Last year, when insurgency was on the rise in Balochistan, police and FC seized India-made sophisticated weapons from various areas of the province. Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) has expressed serious concern over Baloch insurgents' attempts to hamper rescue and relief operations.

Despite security concerns rescue and relief operation continue in the earthquake affected areas of Mashkay Awaran and Khuzdar by Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps troops.

Earthquake tragedy: BLF chief says international, private help welcome not army

KARACHI:

An impasse looms large over the relief effort in Balochistan’s earthquake-devastated region – an area known to be a hotbed of Baloch rebelswhich has already resulted in mushrooming clashes in the region. However, a top commander has offered a way forward through the mistrust between rebels and security forces: Let the relief effort be handled by private or international organisations.

Dr Nazar(BLF),a former student leader who is now often referred to as Balochistan’s most wanted rebel and is the most widely-respected leader among various separatist groups, said that the workers of private, non-government organisations or international bodies, such as the United Nations, would be welcomed by the rebels. They have nothing to fear from the side of the rebels, he assured, adding that there will be no attacks on civilian convoys. A military official in Awaran also confirmed that the rebels are attacking security forces and not civilians.
