If Nitish wants to live longer political life, he must act like Shivraj Singh Chauhan (keep low profile and do ground work). Else he too will die unnoticed like Ram-Krishna Hegde (Hegde was noise maker when he had much MPs, once Devegowda pull the carpet under his feet he became beggar, when he died no one came to see him).

In politics one must not make enemies, I will list some name who made enemy and died in horrible annonimity...

1. Nitish is counting on secular Mamta Benarjee : Didi is loyal to none, she is good at only opposition...
2. Patnaik: In 30 years Patnaiks didn't changed the face of Orissa.

Rest all are either with NDA or UPA..

Good one brother!

I heard his so called Maha rally speech yesterday and whatever respect i had for the man has gone. I mean why should Bihar get special status. Biharis that i know of are amongst hardest working people and it is a very sad reality that most of migrant labor in India are either from Eastern UP or Bihar. I mean we can understand that previous two CMs from RJD didn't do much but this man has majority and time to correct the scene.
My knowledge on the state is primarily from the interaction with a lot of workers from Bihar (that my company employs) and hence could be half correct only, but going by what i've heard, most changes are cosmetic and Law and order situation is still pathetic.

Modi in a speech spoke of something called "importing poverty" that is a bitter truth for industrialized states.
Members from state of Bihar may tell us how the political scenario right now is, but i somehow get a feeling that if anti-incumbency doesnot catch up with Nitish, he could become a thorn in NDA.
just my personal views but i feel BJP would do well to fight on its own in Bihar.

Thats the only likely reason.

If BJP somehow manages to win 180+ seats on their own then Nitish should be the first one to be kicked out of NDA

.
I want BJP to fight it all alone in Bihar, as it is, some surveys show that BJP will make major gains if it fights all alone & if NaMo is declared PM candidate:

Narendra Modi is Bihar's choice for PM: Poll

But the point is that b'coz of someone's selfishness & Greed of Power, it will be the common people of Bihar that will suffer the most AGAIN as the enmity b/w JD(U) & BJP will be exploited by the RJD the most & Lalu will regain power in Bihar b'coz of it, than we will see the Good Old Days of Bihar's Peace & Prosperity Back again :disagree:

tell you brother, going by what we've seen of Mamta and DMKs tantrums, even if they win lesser seats, BJP should not entertain such parties. All they will create is a chaos and will become biggest roadblock in any policy implementation matter

I agree fully. UPA 2 rule has amply demonstrated to both Congress and BJP that unless you are willing to take on fight directly rather than on support of regional players, little can be achieved. To me even if BJP wins 10-15 seats fighting on its own, those will be far better than 25-30 seats support of JD (U) that without doubt wil come with unacceptable riders.
