Its very simple equation for SC judges accept or reject this JIT report as it was formed by SC after panama verdit but i see some serious reservation that is why i would like to share here:
1.Its look like nameem bokhari was justifying and defending JIT report needlessly
2.SC was asking such question as it was formed by PTI/JI/SHEIKH RASHEED official petitioners in this trial.
3.Another important finding SC was keen to explore how JIT evidence was retrieved via JIT letters or by special relationship between Pak and its friendly state intelligence agencies.
4.Is it a conspiracy against elected government of nawaz sharif by ISI MI arms mainly controlled by Pakistan Army.
Conclusion:
I think SC stunt by findings of JIT they have though that they would not be able to find money trail on the basis of lack of evidence they would easily dispose this case but luckily JIT did splendid job and revealed findings which in fact will haunt elites of pakistan for many years.
Dear SC if you are so against MI ISI role in JIT you should have not included them in this team.
If you think they crossed their line during investigation you could have asked to suspend investigation during preliminary hearings at the time of forth nightly report submission by JIT in SC.
Instead of demanding source of evidences please read volume 10.Its your job to defend JIT and its findings.Its your job to accept it or throw report in the dustbin.All petitioners must refrain from defending and justifying JIT report because of burden of decision and proof lies on SC and sharifs. We hope decision will come as per merit and for betterment of pakistan.
