well, that actually incurs the questions;


question1: Vietnamese had to write this documents in Chinese , i.e. they had to use a foreign language to write their owm documents, but do they really understand Chinese well? do they know what they are writing ? i.e. they must have made lots of mistakes using a foreign language translating their own spoken language .

question 2: no proof to prove that " those island mentioned in documents" are today's Paracels and spratly , actually they are just the islands very near the Vietnam coast, not the Chinese Parcels and spratly ,

After Dien Bien Phu battle, follow Paris Agreement 1954, Democratic Republic of Vietnam (DRV) controlled North of Vietnam and France controlled South of Vietnam after that France handover South of Vietnam to Republic of Vietnam (RP). RP under supported of American was accepted by Union Nation.

At this moment there were two Governments in Vietnam. And RP was the one who managed Spraty and Paracel. And RP always tolerated any claim of China and bring they ship to occupy Paracel and Spraty. (Remember RP is a Gov accpeted by Union Nation).

The letter of Phan Van Dong (1958) don't said clealy that he accepted China to managed those Island. It's letter and not have value like agreement or contract. Even It's true, DRV is not the Gov who managed those Island at the moment, it was illegal document.

After Vietnam united, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam always tolerate China claim.

And follow UNCLOS, any time in history, the Government of Vietnam who managed Paracel and Spraty always tolerate China claim.

For an individual, a contract could be invalid as they are threatened when they signed the contract.However, for a gov., the threaten could never be an excuse as the function of the millitary is to against the threaten for the country. The gov. have to keep their promise therefore they have credit in the external world. All the economic activity of the gov. will be based on their credit, especially the function of money in that country. The point is Vietnam gov. has made a promise and they turn back, if it is an oral promise, they can say there is no evidence. The worst thing is they made enough evidence written down on the paper, which they cannot deny the fact, so they said it is illegal document in the country. However, in the international world, they never make such excuse as they know it is unacceptable. What kind of gov. make illegal document? An illegal gov. . If Vietnam denied one claim with the signature of gov., it means all the document with Vietnam gov. could be illegal if they want to turn it back. That account is actually disabled. I signed that account up because i forgot the pw to this account. I contacted the admin and he got my pw back and disabled xdrive1.

False flag is a problem but you really can't evade it since the IP of the user only tells you which country he is from and not his national origins.

I think we should probably tackle the problem using the opposite approach - getting rid of the flag system all together.
