MOD EDIT are two of those spammers in turkish section; i have many times reported them, but still they continue insulting messages, and worse they make fun of people who report them; what is more, they threaten people what kind of thread should be opened in that section...

please forgive me, but who is ruling this forum?

One of them is permanently banned for low quality posts and for having multiple ID's while other member is also taken care of...
