Dealing with rape topics

i did not say that.. i said we dont have open one thead for each incident of rape, there are lot of non defence related matters discussed so why not rape/sexual violence but it will be easier to moderate if we get some rules @Zakii

Currently rape related news is quite popular on pdf, but I would like to be a killjoy and suggest the following to improve the quality of posts.

1. Rape related news banned : In all the countries represented here, it is not incorrect to assume that they will have at least 1 rape or similar incident per day. Populous countries like India, pakistan and bd have thausands of cases per year, do we need to post each of them here?
If the answer is yes, then kindly open a sticky and post all of them in that thread.

2. Analysis about rape/violence against women allowed : As most people are sensive to the issue and its quite important social issue (in India at least), we should be allowed to analyse it, like any other social issue.

Think about why rape had done coz it is done till the human think about it wisely...

------>India is big market for sex and welcome its customer day & night,, think about it than you find good path...

Again and again rape report should be ban by PDF...only good strategical step will remind for studying the cases..

you cannot stop people from discussing something which is a big topic of discussion in India... but lets find a practical solution that will balance the need of poster to post what he/she feels important, while keeping pdf from becoming gutter.

I agree with the BOLD part and I appreciate Indian Media for highlighting Rape cases. Just go through the posts in Indian Sticky thread, all most all the post are CHEAP SHOTS. Apparently, moving it to Members Club is not the practical solution.

Considering this is a suggestion area, let me give my 2 bits .
this forum has lost a lot its original flavor , and unbiased credibility . the main reason is because the mods now a days allow threads which are nothing but trolls.(i refer to two Mods in particular) .
the quality of threads being opened has so severely degraded that IMHO its a cause of worry. this forum from being a defense one has turned into a rape/bash India forum .
If that what the administrators want then go ahead . If not take corrective measures.
