Have you ever noticed the quality of articles and analyses that are produced on Dawn website…I was reading this article https://www.dawn.com/news/1043800 and it suddenly occurred to me that I have read many such amazing articles on dawn. we don’t have even a single news website in india which is nowhere close to the quality of the dawn..We get to read in depth analysis of various topics on dawn ;be it politics ,be it history ,sports, religion etc which is lacking in indian news websites.

Definitely even the cheapest of Pakistani media is 100 times better than the best from Gangadesh...Just like PDF... no Gangadeshi forum comes closer to it in terms of quality and audience.

because dawn is not government controlled and its free unlike 90% of indian media
Journos in Pakistan dont ask guest on their shows to chant Bharat murdabad to prove their patriotism
neither do they are obsessed with neighboring countries

I like the idea as the paper has a lot of history. But it can't be done as Haroon Family owns the company and unless they go bankrupt and someone else buys it this doesn't look likely.

Pakistani print media generally speaking is far more nuanced and professional as compared to its Indian counterpart. Somewhere down the line it has been made clear to Indian journalists that criticizing the incumbent government in Delhi is tantamout to mutiny against the state, and dont even think about saying something positive about Pakistan. Make of it what you will but this has been the case for some time now. I remember The Hindu used to be a respectable source, but even it has not been able to escape the sharp rise in "patriotic journalism".

U should also watch their talk shows like zara hat kay they are pure unbiased journalists thats why produce high quality news content . Any media house owned , ran , managed by people or organizations with back ground different to news have always vested interests
