I would actually hire the worst of Taliban and get them to eradicate this menace.

No punishment is severe enough.

yes my friend. they have to be badly punished, they are abusing and using those kids while they are desparate to feed themselves and their families. as i said before, this is a crime and it has always been banned according to the rules of law in the country. but still it has been happening, it happend during the taliban time, before that and after that. these types of ills exist in every country in one or another form.
