Ignorance at its height. Are you seriously comparing a one-off incident ,involving a few excitable fools, of a slightly damaged brick wall with the the regular murder of hundreds of your citizens? You know where these drones are, you know what they are doing but you do nothing, instead you actually ALLOW them to be there, you invite them to be there.
