andhinagar police today (6 October) said that an incident of a blade attack by unidentified persons on a Dalit teenager was fabricated. The complainant was faking the attack for publicity under the influence of an NGO, reports DeshGujarat.




On 3rd October at around 4.30 pm, I was returning to him home from school after giving exam, when two unidentified persons came on bike from back side. They had covered their faces with handkerchief. They threatened me in connection with cases filed against Rahulsinh and Maursinh and asked me that I should not dare to move outside. One of persons on bike attacked me with sharp shaving blade on back. The complaint filed by Digant Maheria

Digant had filed a complaint with the Kalol taluka police under sections 135/17 and 326, 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), and section 3(2)(5) of the Atrocities Act. Investigation was handed over to RG Bhavsar under supervision of Virendrasinh Yadav. Three teams were formed for probe and search for the attackers’ bike was initiated.

The probe revealed several discrepancies in the way the incident was alleged to have unfolded. No blood or blood spots were found during forensic reconstruction of the scene. Neither the clothes worn by the victim nor CCTV footage was consistent with the description of the crime. A shop-owner in the vicinity denied that such an incident ever took place.

Interrogation of the victim revealed a different story. Maheria admitted that he and two friends of his – both minors – had purchased the blade and that they had caused the injury. He later contacted the media for publicity. Maheria’s parents as well as the parents of the minors admitted that the complaint was falsified. He also admitted that several NGOs visiting the village inspired him to fake the entire story.

There were many such false flag attacks even in the past.. it’s just that Lutyen media avoids reporting them as they very much part of that plan! Church attacks.. fake Gau Rakshak gang etc..

Just so everyone realize, NDtv had already picked up this fake attack and debated.
Will they now do another debate with the new facts and expose the NGO's? I am not holding my breath.

if you look at it in isolation, then you are right.

But the fact of the matter is that there are NGO's who were behind this act, which points to a co-ordinated efforts by people who are receiving millions of dollars of foreign money to divide India.
When you take this fact into consideration along with the numerous other fake stories of similar kind in last 3 years, it points to a pattern and a conspiracy.

I am pretty sure a conspiracy to discredit and divide India by few NGO's being paid by foreign money deserves a much larger discussion than just on PDF.
Unfortunately we know how the MSM in India swings. You think NDtv will ever debate on this conspiracy?

I won't support that move by govt to punish this boy.
As far as the NGO's are concerned, they will be fixed. Like the tens of thousands of NGO's are already fixed.

If you give a false statement or complaint because of a 3rd party you are still primarily responsible. the law does not see it any other way

The NGOs are expected to behave in a responsible manner. I am not saying people cannot make mistakes. But a pattern of mistakes and misbehavior should be grounds from banning the organization and revoking license of people who had the mistakes from setting any NGO

The International Red Cross is a NGO. Forcing transparency, mandating registration & audits are the ways to curb abuses
