we have no problem in feeding them. the problem is they cant go back to Tibet. they must be afraid that once they go to Tibet they will sent to gulags( or Chinese version of gulag) or that they will be given terrible treatment. they would, hence, prefer to stay in India, even if they wanna go back to Tibet.

Seventies of last century, China has some gulags. Now China does not have gulags, but we have some jail.
The Chinese govt will not put the Illegal-immigration in jail, we will repatriation them to India.
