Dalai Lama in ‘informal’ talks to return to Tibet

@Kolaps Just because democracy isn't perfect, doesn't mean the Chinese system of government is superior to democracy.

For all intents and purposes, China is at the moment a dictatorship run from Beijing with plenty of capitalist flaws added.

You Chinese just shouldn't oppress and use other peoples in Evil ways like the other superpowers have done. You should learn from the other superpowers mistakes and successes. It's your karmatic obligation as a new superpower.

US is democracy!

Whatever public election you have.

A very democratic government, close and listen to the people.

A very high satisfaction level.

Whatever the people love the government and politicians.

If it's not inline with US interest, it's not democracy!

Just like Taiwan, the future of Tibet under democracy will be dark and very dark to China.

Democracy interest in Tibet and China, is not about the democratic government and people.

This nicely explains democracy.

Agree, Dalai Lama is a Chinese too.

The main problem will be the CIA's trojan horse among his returnee followers, that will wreck havoc Tibet. They will organize an occupy movement like those in HK.

I read a report, a lot of Tibetan in Dharmasala want to return to China. Many of who deflected from China recently, regret with their decision, as they call it as being fooled by CIA agent.

CIA agent told them, that Dharmasala is a paradise on earth unlike China's Tibet shithole. High standard of living, a very beautiful place, very developed, Tibetan culture preserved, total freedom, people are happy, etc. The reality is not what they imagine, they are very regret now.

Does it mean if Dalai Lama return to China and give him a power to rule, Tibet will be a better place? I don't think so. Indian government give him right to rule Dharmasala, but he didn't rule it well. I don't know what he can do in China, except of empty slogans and utopia dream promises, as what democracy politicians always do. Fooled fool people.

Definitely is a win-win situation...

If US didn't use this opportunity to plant trojan-horse, full of CIA's trained exiled Tibetan in Dharmasala.

I heard, CCP was planned to invite Dalai Lama back to Tibet in 1980, but scraped the idea later after seeing what exiled Tibetan have became.
That is unfortunate for the Dalai Lama.

Even China's beloved President Xi has an entourage of armed undercover agents with him while he travels in his own backyard.
