Removing news could be any reason ... Political pressure ... High legal fees to fight against filthy rich and filthy corrupt Sicilian mafia and god father (designated by SC) ...

I am not biased but student of law ... There r lot of cases which were crystal clear but couldnt got closed due to influence of this criminal mafia ...

For example hudabiya paper mill case .. it was already proven case with all the documentary evidence but they got free on thale basis of time and not on legal and factual basis ...

Similar is the masood chaprasi case ...

Daily mail claimed that SS was accused by NAB during the time when he was the CM of Punjab where in fact it was he was not CM of Punjab. Daily mail tender apology for that mistake. But SS and his goons wanted the word apology and they know their illiterate follower will buy it and you did!

Hudabya Paper Mills Case was classic example of political victimisation, according to law of that time there was nothing illegal in that case, law was changed by Musharraf to frame a case, the case was dropped by LHC and SC because Sharifs proved in the court that the law was changed by Musharraf to target them.

1- It was not illegal opening benami accounts (Qazi Family Accounts were not illegal) till 2017 when the Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 2017 was passed.
2- It was not illegal to bring money IN Pakistan without disclosing the source till 1999, when Musharraf was given absolute powers to amend constitution.
3- There is no evidence that the money went again to UK or out of the country.

The money was borrowed from Al-Tawfeeq Trust in UK, if there would have to be case it would have been in UK, but UK cleared the matter, in Pakistan there should not be a case for an investment in a Pakistani company.

Even Imran Khan made a law that if you bring money in Pakistan and invest in real estate no questions will be asked, what is wrong if Nawaz Sharif passed a law The Protection of Economic Reform Act, 1992, to improve economic situation in Pakistan?? The law was passed in 1992 they money come in 1996.

Nwaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif were not directors or shareholders of HPML but they were wrongly brought in the case.
