This is not a comparison. What you see is most of the stations in Asia except Japan which is too far to get a screen shot of.

Are the chinese building coal powerplants next to their cities on inside? This just seems unreasonable.
Another note, Punjab's air is getting power depending on season, since the locals farmers burn the leftover crops, the roots? instead of plowing them. Despite the Government restriction and fine, no one seems to stop doing it.
