I do think he should have sold the laptop. Waste of good electronics. But yeah, good move.

Sure, as an Indian, I never was expected to get a job and am getting my college paid for by my parents, but then again I never had a laptop until college when I actually needed it, and I'll actually take care of my parents when they are old.

You should always love your kid, and should not expect to be loved back.
Thats what your parents did when you were a teenager, so in a sense it is payback.

As a father he failed as well to teach her proper manners, not all kids are rebellious. Although I do agree some kids these days are out of their minds, still there are better ways to teach them whats right or wrong.


I wouldn't be surprised if in a week or two i hear news about a family murdered by a daughter who thought its alright to use a gun since daddy uses it too to piss her off.
