The Greeks have already violated and dishonoured the agreement that they signed with Turkey, hereby Turkey has legally got the right to defend her rights/interests militarily, so an armed conflict with Greece is almost inevitable, and therefore such news are not coincidental for now and near future.

Well maybe its time for 82th province, its a hopeless status quo anyways, that way at least north Cypriots would be freed of embargoes and the status of north Cyprus would be settled once for all instead of useless talks every once in a while.

I have not mentioned the internal dynamics (that would shock you to the bones) in Turkey; also western approach to the issue(but some clue hidden in Bosnia war or Cyprus peace operation); nothing easy, but indispensable in the end for Turkey, thanks to Greeks.
