My God is Allah and there is no where in Quran any mention of ghazwa e hind. As far as my limited knowledge is concerned Ghazwa is a fight or expedition wherein the Last Prophet of Allah, Muhammad (PBUH) participated himself or assisted.

There are some hadis/hadith which few people interpret as pointing at possible fight in this region Indo-Pak. When it will be nobody knows.

But some assessment can be restructured or explain by your ownself keeping in mind the current scenario.

As far as your Hindu majority villagers are concerned I truly wish them some light in the long run as well as best of Luck.
