What you guys think the Idea of forming as CSARC (China South Asia for regional cooperation) since India reject China to be a member of SAARC, personally I think China is relevant in this region because we have borders with Bhutan, Nepal, India, Pakistan and Afghanistan.

With one belt one road and CPEC, China can share and finance the region infrastructures and to enhance prosperity for this region and for western China itself. This cooperation include economy, security such as anti-terrorist or any destabilized factor in this region. Of course India will be welcome as member if it wants

Brilliant idea, Chinese are also working on other economic corridor projects, CSARC is an innovative idea, moreover, Iran should be made part of CPEC too, the recent meeting between NSA's of Iran and Pakistan was due to Chinese influence, recent reports have indicated.

China would be welcomed as a counter weight and the proposed organisation would be far more effective due to india's reduced influence

Don't worry, India is irrelevant in SAARC, you didn't get any respect beside empty talk , CSARC will not have a centric nation, we will use same experience as SCO organization that all nation are equal in term of vote and veto.

It will be India's lost to not take part of this CSARC because the regional integration will only benefit India and probably it can have a direct access to Afghanistan and Central Asia if India get along well with Pakistan or using China road, Bangladesh can use India to connect to Nepal and China and same for China to access Indian Ocean via India...of course not all these are free, we can negotiate the term for the transit fee.

Only peace, connectivity, accessibility and stability will bring prosperity to this region or all of us will live like 3th world countries for ever...it's a win-win deal...India should think about it.

And for Pakistan, since it's at the cross road of all nations, central Asia can bring pipe directly to India via Pakistan, Iran oil can go to China Via Pakistan, my Pakistani friends can just sit and collect the transit fee, of course all at condition that Pakistan and India solve the difference.

China is showing eyes to USA in South China Sea dispute, and no one till now dare to challenge her military presence in South China Sea... its reality and very hard nut to chew for NATO and USA.... but the beneficiaries are Russia and Turkey ( a EU wounded Lion)..

Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bhutan and Nepal.

SAARC is a lame duck organization that would fade into oblivion sooner than later thanks to the uncooperative behavior of a particular country known to always put spokes in the wheel. Others got pissed off and thus went in for a new organization without it - BIMSTEC.

China could join this organization as it connects with the new road/rail corridor from India at Mynamar and Thailand as part of the ACD.

the attitude of Indian Minister in SAARC is showing clearly what is the difference between the ideology of both countries and intentions of the both countries about war on terror and Kashmir dispute. Rajnath should put his personal feeling aside and prefer what his country needs in this 24/7 changing scenarios...
