Cruise missile to be tested next year

India wont attack Pakistan for goodness sake.
We want Peace nothing else.

I feel more pity for our scientists working abroad "huge huge brain" rather than negotiating LOC as IB.
We shud solve it asap.

nor will China go in war with India, our ideologies are similar, spiritualism.
These are for deterrance.

When you have a carrier fleet a 1500 kms cruise missile can give you US like advantages.
Hell even latest Zhumwalt class US 10000 tonne destroyers will be equipped with tomahawk.
since we will have access to glonass P code segment having TERCOM wont be tuff too.

so this missile is needed if you have a 3 carrier of as IN wants 4 carrier Navy.

No one wonder Pakistan is trying to equip itself with nuclear powered submarines, and it wont take long before it start acquiring aircraft careers to meet the minimum deterrence against India.

From where it shall get the careers from and why can't it build them if it is building nuclear subs in the near future.

It will need assistance just like the assistance with Agosta-90B and may be nuclear submarines in the future.

Carriers are not to be seen in the PN for 40+ years.

Hell the UK can barely afford two/three carriers, I wouldn't hold your breath.(for pak carriers)

Subs will provide enough force projection (with sub launched cruise missles) for the short term.

.
Let them make the damn thing first. If they actully make it, then the only thing pakistan can do is make a better one. As of todday they have Ballistic missiles and so do we. Them having cruise missiels would be no different

Pakistan's ecnomany is growing faster then that of india. This and last year pakistan's econamy came the 2nd fastest after china. For UK, well they are a population of 70miilion, while pakistan is a country of 160million, our workforce alone is equal to more then half of UK's population. Unlike india and like china pakistan will start making it's AC carriers after we have a stable ecomany.

Also no body is saying that we will have those carriers right now, this is a whislist until 2020-2025. Then there is a strong chance that pak might have a few AC's

Be that as it may.... there are other things that need to be corrected before money is sunk into white elephants such as Aircraft carriers.....

Full mechanisation and modernisation of the armoured and infantry divisions.

Integration of c3 into the command structure...

More advanced systems in the airforce...(Aesa etc)

Better training for infantry units

the list is endless..... now think about the operation of at least two carriers (otherwise it will be useless everytime it has to go into maintenance) the cost will be Billions and frankly not good value for money as pak does not have a huge coast line to defend.

Bro nohing is impossibile, people said the same thing about nukes. First you goota have a plant, then centerfugies then special trained personal etc etc etc. But when pakistan felt that it needed nukes, we got em. Same goes for the other stuff, when pak got sactioned, they relized that they needed to be own their own, the result is JF-17, al-khaild, subs and frightes etc.

It needed that we need AC's to protect us, pakistan will get them. They aren't going to be easy, but they'll get them

PS: We all are off topic :)

I'd like to contest that. Last year Pakistan grew at 8.4%. Same as India. This year India's first quarter growth has been 8.9%. What's Pakistan's growth this year?
