CETROVO aims to provide passengers with a ubiquitous "smart service" and includes a series of advanced technical features. Including, car windows that can be transformed into touch-screen displays. Passengers can watch the news, browse the web, buy tickets, watch videos and live TV shows all via CETROVO's "magic window". The train also comes equipped with internet-enabled touch-screen mirrors; self-cleaning seats; advanced vibration and noise reduction technology; an integrated hearing-aid system; and an air conditioning and lighting system that can 'react' to changing conditions for a more enjoyable journey.

Media and visitors show great interests in CETROVO's magic window, which can transform into a touch-screen and allows passengers to perform tasks like watching videos and even paying tickets on it.
Ding Sansan, Deputy Chief of Engineering of CRRC Sifang, said of the new generation train, "Lightweight manufacturing is a metro building concept to achieve better energy efficiency. Carbon fiber is the most advanced material available, and CETROVO incorporates this technology beautifully. The car body, the bogie frame, the driver's cab equipment cabinets are all made from carbon fiber composite materials. The result is a lighter train and more space for new features."

当地时间9月18日下午,在德国举行的柏林国际轨道交通技术展(InnoTrans2018)上,中国中车正式发布新一代碳纤维地铁车辆“CETROVO”。

该车是我国的全新一代地铁,采用大量先进的新材料、新技术研制,在节能环保、舒适、智能等方面相比传统地铁实现全面升级,是我国地铁领域的最新技术成果,代表着未来地铁列车的技术潮流。

1、采用碳纤维技术 整车“瘦身”13%

相较传统地铁,新一代地铁车辆最大的特点是更轻、更节能。

轻量化,即尽可能地减轻自身重量,是地铁车辆实现节能的一个主要途径。碳纤维复合材料作为一种新材料,被称为“轻量化之王”,其轻质、高强度的优点为列车轻量化提供了绝佳的解决方案。

据中国中车科学家、中车四方股份公司副总工程师丁叁叁介绍,新一代地铁车辆采用先进的碳纤维技术,车体、转向架构架、司机室、设备舱及设备机体等均使用碳纤维复合材料制造,成功突破碳纤维大型复杂件结构设计、制造成型等关键技术,是大规模应用碳纤维复合材料的地铁车辆。

碳纤维使车辆实现大幅“瘦身”。

与采用钢、铝合金等传统金属材料相比,新一代碳纤维地铁车辆的车体、司机室、设备舱分别减重30%以上,转向架构架减重40%,整车减重13%。

“虽然在制造成本上要高于传统金属材料,但碳纤维复合材料更加轻量化,节能优势明显,并且具有优异的耐疲劳、耐候、耐腐蚀性能,可有效保证列车在30年服役期内不发生疲劳、腐蚀等失效,减少了维护量,因此能够降低全寿命周期成本。”丁叁叁说,车身变轻后,也减少了对线路的损害。

为降低能耗,除了碳纤维轻量化技术,新一代地铁车辆还配备新型高效节能的牵引系统。由传统地铁的异步电机升级到永磁同步电机直驱技术,并采用碳化硅变流装置,大幅提升车辆的牵引效率。

据测算,新一代地铁车辆可综合节能15%以上。

2、车厢会“变身” 适用性更强

与传统地铁相比,新一代地铁车辆拥有更强的适用性,在运营组织上更加灵活,并能适应更复杂的运行环境。

目前,我国的地铁车辆都是固定编组,车厢的节数是不可变的。新一代地铁车辆首次开发了“灵活编组”功能,列车以2节为最小的编组单元,能够根据运营需求实现“2+N”节灵活编组,在2节至12节范围内任意搭配车厢,并且完成“变身”只需不到5分钟。

地铁客流的潮汐变化非常突出,早晚高峰期客流量大,平峰期客流量小,根据客流变化灵活编组,在高峰期采用大编组,平峰期采用小编组,这样能实现以最经济的方式运营,节约能耗,降低运营成本,也利于增大发车密度,提高服务水平。

相较传统地铁,新一代地铁车辆适应更恶劣的气候地理环境,能在高温高湿、-40℃高寒、2500米高海拔等复杂环境下运行。

同时,针对地铁线路弯道多、半径小,车辆首次在转向架装备主动径向系统,当监测到车辆进入弯道时,能够控制轮对处在曲线径向位置行驶。这样大大改善了列车的曲线通过性能,能更好地适应小曲线,最小转弯半径可达80米,远超传统地铁,车轮磨耗也大幅降低,节约维护成本。

车辆在没有外部供电时也能行驶。装载了储能系统——动力蓄电池,可为车辆提供牵引动力行驶15公里。当发生供电故障时可应急运行,也方便在线路和车辆段的“无电区”行驶。

3、跑得更稳 乘坐更舒适

新一代地铁车辆采用先进的减振降噪技术,乘坐更舒适。

列车运行时,由于轨道不平顺会引起车厢振动,要通过转向架上的悬挂系统来减振。传统地铁的悬挂系统不可调节,称为被动悬挂。

新一代地铁车辆首次采用全主动悬挂技术,在行驶途中,当车厢产生振动时,能够立刻探测到,并对悬挂系统的阻尼进行动态调整,使悬挂系统时刻处在最佳的减振状态,从而使地铁车辆“跑得更稳”。

车厢内也更安静。优化了降噪设计,列车运行时,客室噪声仅68分贝,比传统地铁降低了3分贝以上。跟高铁列车一样,新一代地铁车辆还进行了气密性设计,首次采用密封车体,乘客在乘坐时,不会因为车内压力波动引起耳膜有压迫感。

4、智慧列车 车窗上刷视频

应用现代智能化技术,新一代地铁车辆还是高度智能的“智慧列车”。

△置身车厢,将感受到无处不在的“智慧服务”

车厢进入“触控”时代。车窗变身为一个触控显示屏,成为能传达各种图文视频信息的“魔窗”。相当于一个超大版的“Pad”,乘客只需用手指触摸车窗,就能在车窗上看新闻、浏览网页、购票、刷视频、观看电视直播等,便捷地获取各种服务。

车厢里的镜子,成为可触控、可上网的“魔镜”

车厢的智能空调,能根据天气和穿衣指数来自动确定合适的温度和湿度,让体感更舒适。照明系统可随时知晓车厢的光线环境,自动调整亮度和色温。还有多媒体曲面屏、自清洁座椅、为听力残疾乘客配备的助听系统……

全自动无人驾驶

新一代地铁车辆的最高运行时速可达140公里,比传统地铁更快。

采用无人驾驶技术,列车从发车启动到加减速、停站、开关门、回库等运行的全过程均为全自动驾驶。

运用维护也更智能。车辆建立了强大的智能化感知系统,设有1100多个监测点,实时感知列车“健康”状态。运行途中出现异常时,可自动预警和远程维护。同时,借助智能感知系统,能在车辆处于“亚健康”状态时就及时介入维护,也能探测线路状况,指导线路维护,使列车的运行更加安全可靠。

下一步,新一代碳纤维地铁车辆将进行型式试验,并开展线路试运行。
