Really not sure how all these leagues are going to run parallely with International cricket window.IPL has a window of almost 2 months and 15-20 days for champions league.We already have county cricket,Big Bash apart from a hectic International cricket schedule.IPL is backed by one of the richest board of Cricket and they can pour as much money as to make it to lucrative and grabs players attention.How the players are going to manage to play in all these leagues considering their place in their National Side ? Don't see a bright future for all these cricket leagues coming up.No one is going to watch it until and unless big guns manage to get in.

It will be held in Pakistan because aim is to bring international cricket back in Pakistan by organizing such events. Second there is nothing bad if PCB organize it with the purpose of making money.

only if the standards of cricket are higher than players will have a good time i guess, IPL has lucrative because of money yes, but its standards are very low

I highly doubt PPL will ever take off but if it does then salaries need to be improved for domestic players. I don't know if any well known foreign players will participate due to security reasons. While many other countries have actually started their leagues we have been just talking and talking.
It would be good if international cricket is back in Pakistan but lets admit it, it's not coming back any time soon and the Hafiz Saeed issue isn't going to help us either. Lets clean our house first and then talk about organizing premier leagues and what not.
