Bangladesh separating from Pakistan was inevitable. By the 70s the Bengalis were already anti-Pakistan and so the war was a walk in the park for them. Logistically undefendable - Pakistan was not a superpower like the British Empire or USA.

In case you did not know this but what exists today was the blueprint at the begining. You do know that PAKSTAN is a acronym and there is no "B" in there.

This is where the failure took place in 1947. The potent smell of religious fumes got all those involved high and you saw the result. Once in no state likes letting go easy. Bad mistake. Price paid. Others also have made such mistakes.

Argue with me that it is hard to make an acronym of all the ethnic groups. I will grant you that

Afghanistan was never part of Pakistan. You never call Pathans of Pakistan Afghans. What about millions of Muslims residing in India ? A lot of them supported Pakistan and some immigrated to Pakistan

women were lured by their religeous leaders working in collaboration with mafia. Christian pastors arranged poor Pak christian women to marry chinese nationals. The poor women were taken and abused. Some victims were also poor muslim women. There is much awareness.of this now and poor families are very reluctant to marry their daughters to foreigners. I wont abuse Bangladeshi women, many have married Pakistani men. My own relatives have Bangladeshi wives and are happy.
