It's not mocking or anything. There was storm and lightning and that apparently caused the mishap. There are rumors doing the rounds.

I have one objection, these Saudi Govt. don't have proper planning for Kaaba and since last ten years i always saw Kaaba is under construction only. I don't know what are they trying to create in Kaaba?

Apparently a tower crane that crashed, these cranes normally get inspected at regular period of time and there should have been a grounding cable attached to it. The safety department of this construction company and people who inspected the tower crane should be questioned for this incident.
