Dude, you are quite ignorant about CPEC. Here's a list of projects that are funded completely or mostly by CPEC and under construction. All of these have started after the CPEC agreement was signed, i.e. they wouldn't be possible without CPEC.

We are Getting the Infrastructure
we are getting the Power Plants
we are getting Economic Zones
Chinese Auto Mobile Industry is opening new Plants in Pakistan giving jobs to locals
Even Western Auto Mobile companies are coming Like Renault
We are making a New Port
Our Cities and Provinces are now being more connected with Motorways and Highways
Our Railway system is being overhauled
New Railway Tracks will be made in Balochistan KPK and Gilgit Baltistan

Our Cities are getting Mass Transit systems
We are Making new Dams in Pakistan Like Karot Suki Kinari Kohala and now Bhasha With cooperation with China


Yes China will get the Interest money but we will also get the benefit of all the above... This is just the beginning more project will be added in CPEC for sure

There are like 25-30 projects that are Under Construction how the hell they are getting material for every single project ?? They Mostly import Machinery Even we are importing machinery for many projects from General Electric USA

And the Interest rate is 4-5% in some projects it's 8% not 15%

So maintainance is also an integral part of the project so what are the norms and who is going to shell out for the maintenance is it you or the Chinese? well and I thought up that 15% interst as the Chinese banks had negotiated around 4 to 5% higher than the LIBOR because of the higher risk. Hope Pakistan dosent end up as some Central Asian country who had to give 15 000 acres or some land to Chinese companies as collateral for the inability to pay loans
