It is one thing to respect nature and find solace in worshipping the beauty of mother nature but somebody should see the other side of this.

India is primitive and full of superstitions in most of the northern-central parts. This is also where Holy Cow propaganda of RSS has taken off. Instead of educating these people who literally lives in 18th century, RSS polarized them on religious lines. RSS fails in Kerala and many parts of South India because these regions are progressive. YET, most of the forward caste Hindus are in favour of RSS as they see themselves as the rulers.

I had no idea that such a place existed in India. I must read more about the southern states because from Hindi media we just assume that there is India and then there is South India. From Bollywood movies it seems that South Indians are the people who use leafs for plates, are more conservative than the north and are very primitive in their lifestyle.
