that is why countries require and have laws and Tax collectors, I have never met a person white or black who volunteers to pay taxes , easy to moan about rich throwing money at poor but silence when general public has been stealing utilities (water, electric and gas) since before the 80s. they are so corrupt that do not even know what an off switch is (since they ain't paying no bill)

There are Mega Rich in Pakistan and they are hiding their money at homes, villas or property or on farm land property since they have militias with weapons who guard their fortress they are not concerned about moving money to banks

That is why Pakistan should retire 5,000 notes and 10,000 notes

Wedding in Village , number of guests 4,000 people!!!! The queen of England does not invites that many guest to her Son's Wedding as it is costly

Well in Pakistan most hording is done in Local Currency , most of these people in villages don't have concept of Banks

The Ultra Rich have remained untouchable by Government's Administrative system as they are nurtured by the Politicians who prevent any Laws to be approved to go after them

The militia they operate do not allow an average tax collecting officer to chase them down in Villages

People like Zardari / Bilawal or Nawaz and their family have 10,000+ Acres of land spread out in their family's name and god know what % money is generated and never reported as Agricultural Income

The 10 Lakh - 50 Lakh rupee being thrown around if just submitted to FBR would be good gesture
However a conclusive action plan is needed against

Farmland owners who own 10,000-20,000 Acres

There should be a public disclosure who owns the Farm Lands and how much Acrage , and what % generates cash ?

Excessive of every thing is bad
In Pakistan we have excess of every thing but it is all behind closed door or interior villages

The Maha-Raja culture of Sharif and Bhutto , can't remain but their are at least a million such people in Pakistan with Wealth which can't be estimated as they don't have Bank Account but store their Money in their castles

Similar wealth also exist in Cities but hidden away in Posh societies
