Counterinsurgency | Exclusive Interview with a Pakistani Special Forces Operator.

. .
Irfan Sir, Tons of thanks for this huge effort. That was one heck of planning and its execution. Due to media blackout, we cannot have the real insight apart from the same old released videos of Cobras or the T-59s shooting targets during operations. This interview was simply stunning to read....i felt like i was there with my brave men in uniform. A complete reflection of professionalism, excellence and supremacy. Salute to these brave souls. And thanks to you sir once again.
trust me I had to take out a lot otherwise it would have been a book. the guy is a veteran and instructor and very good at narration and my background also helped to present it best way I could

.
thanks for your feedback I will pass it on to the gentleman I have interviewed.
my old friendship and relations paid off because I was able to have a free and frank discussion and we went at length to keep the information interesting enough without being exhausting. these guys like to live in a mystery but I convinced everyone that I will ensure that information that will be shared is not sensitive and will actually give confidence to peace loving public that terrorists are being hunted down and defeated

SSG's ToP TaCtics in the battle ... :sniper: :coffee:

Shear BriLLiance Of our I.S.1. & The S.S.g. of PakisTan army ... :pakistan:

. . .
A pleasure to read and to be proud of our own , may ALLAH bless our forces always thank you for sharing this with us all here a true eye opener , a front seat view it felt like just like you are there with them toe to toe thanks again for sharing this interview.

@Horus Enjoyed reading from the very first sentence to the end.

@Irfan Baloch Excellent work mate. I wish I could give you a positive ;)

.
Of course. S branch though?
it is the section that takes care of the domestic side of things and the politics, dont get stuck with names it can be anyone from any department that can be delegated such job. again, every thing in the interview is a public knowledge and the tactics and techniques are of a universal nature, only difference is that the operators and the place were both Pakistanis and in Pakistan.

I was just wondering if they have a dedicated branch, you know that works 24/7. But this interview in particular is obviously very non sensitive as you have said, I just meant generally speaking.

All due respect; in terms of SF/SOF, it never goes beyond ÖKK and SSG.

I have never seen SSGN doing exercise with Turkish Naval Forces SAT teams. Not even VBSS. We need to improve naval ties.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and it offered a very unique view of the same situation to me, as Field Ops, these guys operate on their own understanding of the raw intel that they are given, not as thorough as our stuff but what they do with it is pretty amazing none the less though I could only wonder how much sense the same article would have made to someone who is not so well acquainted with military specifics.
It was a treat to go through none the less.
