Most of the Dutch planes have normal camo, so thats how I recognized it and plus looking at the weather it looks like European, if its not Dutch than its probably Belgium.

In fact from the picture, if you look closer at the end of right hand side first plane, near the tale you will see a faint circle and if I am not wrong that is the Royal Dutct Airforce symbold.
