because no one actually sues them in india and their is a reason behind as it will close all doors of bollywood for them which offers more money and has higher audience base.

The Mughal power based was in present day India and so where their allies and capital. Lahore was there west most periphery, but apart from that all Mughal architecture is in present day India. Based on that, Mughal empire is as Indian as the Mauryan empire
