AFAIK Tablighi Jamaat is exclusively oriented towards muslims only, they don't involve in conversion activities. And this is adhered to quite strictly.

The other item "green-turbaned men" again does not fit with Tablighi Jamaat but more with Barelvi groups like Sunni Tehreek. The reporter probably got the groups mixed up.

Either way, this unnecessary thing that should be checked by the govt. How can unrelated people be allows to enter emergency ward? Only family members should be allowed and even that would be limited to a few close family relatives.
