The Units identifiable in the video are:

1) Iranian Intelligence unit with the green patches digital camouflage uniform that can be seen in the thumbnail
2) The more 'bulkier' individual who was talking with FC was Iranian Border Guard as can be seen by his digital camouflage pattern uniform
3) As can be seen more obviously are the Frontier Corps Personnel
4) This is more of a guess but the Shalwar Kameez people are perhaps local levies/security.

On a serious note, the officer was right, Iranians handled it well and officer was very professional, don't know the issue here...

The last time we had pushtun Chief was Kakar in the mid 90's, which is a long break. Time to promote another gung ho Pushtun to the mantle. But don't see that happening, Pushtuns used to dominate the officer ranks of the military, not anymore.

Mush was the last Urdu speaking chief and going forward the establishment will be keen to keep a Punjabi in place so as not to create a gulf between the Punjabi masses and the institution of Army, something which Mush did manage in his decade long fiasco of administration.

Absolutely correct Irfan Sir. Most of the folks at pdf think it's pretty same in Balochistan as in Punjab or Sindh. While the smugglers in Balochistan cross into Iran and Pakistan as if it's their sasural on both sides. They've their reach from Parliament to Core HQ.

True about electronic goods, sir. 2 years back, I owned a smuggled phone. A unit of army arrested few smugglers somewhere near Turbat, and my cousin who belonged to that unit somehow managed to possess 2 cells and a laptop from those smuggled goods.

these smugglers have killed Pakistan army, FC and Iranian guards on multiple times. they carry heavy weapons and yes they have backing from the members of parliaments as well.
back in 1987 when I visited Chaman and stayed at FC guesthouse I was given a tour of the place and saw the vehicles and weapons confiscated / retrieved from the smugglers. back then they carried armor piercing heavy machine guns and vehicles with reinforced plating.
Iranians dont take them prisoners and kill them int he encounters, smugglers also execute their victims..

as for this clip in the video I have seen more emotions on our road crossings.
all the dick flailing pompous ranting by fellow posters reminds me of guests in the Indian programs where everyone is competing shouting out how he will punish Pakistan.

Iranians are mad people. they fought off a well equipped Iraqi army for decades that had the support of West and Arabs. they are fighting a proxy war with Americans, British, entire Gulf alliance and Israelis at the same time for decades. they are no walk over despite being technologically inferior to our military.

at worse, we might have border confrontations and argument. our FC is enough to handle their border forces. but it wont go any further.
I don't see an all out war between two countries over a verbal argument on the border lets calm down a little.

I was merely trying to clarify the position of the Pakistan FC Trouper. it looked to me as if the poster was trying to make him look unnecessarily aggressive, I also smelled a bit of sarcasm in his post.

Iran is genuinely trying to create a tense situation at Pak-Iran border as then they can have a pretty genuine reason for going forward with their nuclear weapons program saying that they are facing security threat from another nuclear armed state.
