And now that you are degrading yourself to personal attacks.

How come police invaded atleast 2 PTI worker houses (if not more) around 2 at night (same timing) if it is not political.

Justice Nasira Iqbal claimed they jumped the gates and even used vehicles to open the gate.

If this was being done at the house of a Senator (Walid Iqbal) then how would have they behaved at the house a normal Worker?

I am not justifying murder of the police man he was martyred in uniform even tho he was doing something illegal for political reasons. But at the same time he was intruding someones house who had right to defend his property.

And please do tell me what is the reason for me to defend the so called "Cold Blooded Murder" while you justify police being used for political reasons to invade houses of people.

By this logic, police should be defunded as all her actions are dictated by government formed through politics and political parties.

It's in the hands of the courts. If the constable was armed - then this precedent will be considered.

The job of police is to protect people not invade houses of people illegal on the orders of politicians.

There is mention of SMG in the FIR. Not sure it was Kamal who had it or the name before Kamal.

one way excessive use is justified or Right to defend stands valid if Victim was sitting / standing on top of the fall and aboutt to jump inside the premises.

Owner using his right to defence took shot that caused the dead body to fall outside the premises ....
