IMO Turkey should just buy Su-57. It's a bigger plane and more capable. In the mean time they can replace their crappy F-16 with way better JF-17 and Su-35 / 30 and MiG-29M2 / 35.

You gotta love these Russian military fanboys and trolls. To them, everything the world builds is anything but a piece of garbage while everything Russia builds is the best in the world.

India pilled out of the Sukhoi/HAL FGFA program because they were unsatisfied with the Su-57 stealth capability, among other problems. It's not low observable and has significant frontal, side, and rear RCS. It's more a 4th gen. than a 5th gen. fighter.

This aircraft is a joke if it is intended to be stealthy. First it has two massive rounded nacelles with two massive rounded metal engines exposed. The round surface is strictly forbidden in the creation of a stealth aircraft as is produces a radar reflection at any angle. The exposed metal engines provide an easy surface for radar lock and an excellent Infrared source for heat seeking passive weapons. The rear horizontal and vertical stabilizers should shield the heat source from detection, the design of this aircraft leaves the engines and exhaust completely exposed, making it an exceptional target for IR missiles. The edge surfaces for various wing components are not even faceted. Embed your engines inside of the composite body of the aircraft, make your thrust vectoring out of some other material other than metal and get rid of your round surfaces and hopefully your canopy is a radar absorbing construction too. After you complete these important modifications please return to the arena, otherwise you are wasting the time of the viewers. This aircraft is nothing but a new, large, easily visible target.

Stealth is a fad. There is no such thing as stealth. It's supposed to deflect light, yet it does nothing to reduce visibility. You can see an F-22 as easily as you can see an F-15. Admit it. It's a fake marketing gimmick. Radio wave and visible light are eletro magnetic radiation. If it cannot scatter visible light reflection, it cannot scatter radio wave reflection. That's just the way it is. Simple physics.

India has no choice. America won't sell F-22 to anyone. F-35 is also not on the cards for India. India has to buy Su-57 considering it already uses Su-30, MiG-29 and Su-57 is the next generation Russia jet.
