why there were not trained in Pak?

They are being trained for block 52 operations and shall in turn train other pilots of PAF. We do not have the facilities to provide training for block 52 at the moment. That is why they were trained in the US.

What is the content of this training?

I do not have the 100% information but generally it should be:

1. Lectures by the instructors informing about the changes between block 15 and block 52.
2. Flights on simulators.
3. flights on block 40 planes. This because US block 40 are quite similar to our block 52. There are some differences but apparently these are not so major that these can not be easily handled by PAF pilots.

This I think is the all that qualifies them as instructors and they can train further pilots.
