In the history of Pakistan, ALL extremists politicians and the military have NEVER allowed a democratic rule to take place. This little "FIR" you are so happy about, would become a NATURAL thing to have happened if one or two more Civilian government's complete their time. In fact, a few years from now, if such a thing happens, the police would take action on its will as your democratic, judiciary and media would have become so strong that there would be strict accountability. But if you let the cycle complete.

But you guys would turn violent to bring whatever change a few thousand of you think is better for a population of 200 Million people.....all through violent and extreme politics and gun point.

An FIR is only a "First Information Report" by the Police establishing that a crime has been committed. What laws were broken or what laws are applicable is the job of the courts, not the Police.

All those named in an FIR are innocent until proven guilty.

Your statement is correct in theory but this is Sharif brothers we are talking about. Neither CM nor PM would resign on moral grounds.

In a history of Pakistan, NO Powerful Political leader have an FIR registered against them. Specially the Bhutto and Sharif family who have gotten away with any kind of crime they committed. If it was not for the people in street protesting against injustice. The victims of genocide By Sharif family wouldn't have gotten this little victory. It is very unlikely that they will get justice but still it is a big achievement. This is the kinda change we need in Pakistan. Where politicians think 100 before using our police against us.

I do not know any government against whom the FIR was not registered in Pakistan

• FIR was registered against Bhutto when he was the Prime Minister of Pakistan, hanged afterwards
• Two FIR's were registered against Zardari when his wife was the Prime Minister of Pakistan
• Countless FIR's of corruption were registered against Sharif brothers, some of them still pending
• Countless FIR's registered against MQM

Many leaders from different political parties are facing cases in the courts, Gilani was proven guilty, Raja Parvez Ashraf fighting the case, arrest warrants were issued against Makhdoom Shahabuddin, The Prime Minister to be before he was to be sworn as the Prime Minister.

The problem in this FIR was not the lodging of an FIR, but the alleged names, some of whom enjoys immunity if contested. It was always to be registered, just a matter of time

Moreover, this is the effort by PAT... PTI has nothing to do with it except some rants
