KUALA LUMPUR, December 6, 2017 (WAFA) - Malaysia's Prime Minister, Najib Razak, Wednesday expressed dismay over U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and move the embassy.
During a meeting with Secretary of the Revolutionary Council of the Fatah movement, Majed Al Fityani, Razak warned against the US plans, which he said, would create crises and increase instability in the region.

MUI Urges UN to Give Serious Sanctions to Israel, US
JAKARTA, NNC - The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) has urged the United Nations (UN) to severely sanction Israel and the United States for violating 2334 UN Security Council resolution.
This was confirmed by Vice Chairman of MUI Zainut Tauhid Sa'adi. MUI strongly rejected United States (US)’ decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and plans to relocate the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
"The MUI is calling on the Indonesian Government to lobby Muslim countries of the world to pressure the United States to evaluate its actions and we urge the UN to give severe sanctions to Israel and the US because the two countries have clearly violated the UN Security Council resolution" Zainut said in a written statement that NNC received on Thursday (12/7/2017).
